Service Delivery & Fulfilment Policy

TKC digital platform services

TKC is a technology and local-commerce platform supporting discovery, offers, Keys, rewards, personalisation and merchant engagement. Platform features are accessed through the applicable TKC account and interface. Availability may vary by location, account type, device and eligibility; TKC does not promise uninterrupted or universally available operation.

TKC's platform service is digital. It does not itself provide physical shipping for the merchant goods described on this website.

Merchant products and services

Unless expressly stated for a particular transaction, the participating merchant is responsible for its underlying goods and services, availability, quality and offer fulfilment. Customers should review the merchant's transaction terms for collection, service appointments, delivery arrangements or other fulfilment conditions, where applicable.

A merchant listing, offer or platform interaction does not by itself establish a TKC shipping commitment or delivery date. Confirm transaction-specific arrangements with the relevant merchant.

Offers, deals and rewards

Offers may be subject to availability, stated validity periods, merchant conditions, eligibility and redemption limits. Keys and rewards are subject to the conditions communicated for the applicable programme. A platform reward does not guarantee availability or fulfilment of a merchant's goods or services.

Fulfilment issues

Contact the relevant merchant about its product or service fulfilment. For a platform-access, offer-redemption or reward issue, contact TKC with the merchant or offer details, relevant date and a description of the issue. For payment disputes, cancellations or refund requests, also review our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
