Refund & Cancellation Policy

Platform and merchant transactions

TKC provides a digital platform connecting customers with participating merchants. Unless expressly stated for a particular transaction, the relevant merchant provides the underlying goods or services. Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the applicable transaction or service terms, payment status and the responsibilities of the merchant and any payment provider involved.

Cancellation requests

For a merchant-provided product, service or booking, review the terms shown with the offer or transaction and contact the relevant merchant about cancellation. For a TKC platform-service issue, contact TKC using the details below. A cancellation request does not by itself confirm a refund or reverse a completed transaction.

Failed, duplicate or disputed payments

If you believe a payment failed, was duplicated, or was debited without the expected result, contact TKC with the transaction reference, date, amount, merchant or service details, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, OTPs or full payment-card credentials. Payment status must be checked before a reversal or refund can be confirmed; a failed attempt and a completed payment may require different handling.

Refund requests and processing

Send refund requests to founder@thekeycircle.in or call +91 76207 79175. Include the relevant transaction details and reason for your request. Eligibility is assessed against the applicable terms and payment status; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.

Where a refund or payment reversal is applicable, its processing depends on the responsible merchant or service provider, payment provider and bank, as relevant. TKC does not promise a fixed processing period. Contact support for the status of your specific transaction.

Offers, rewards and Keys

Keys are a platform engagement and reward mechanism and do not carry guaranteed monetary value. They are not cash or bank deposits. Their use, validity and expiry depend on the applicable programme terms. Credits, reversals or adjustments may occur for legitimate reasons including technical errors, duplicate credit, fraud, abuse, or invalid or reversed underlying activity, subject to applicable law. This policy does not create a cash-refund entitlement for promotional rewards or Keys.

Applicable rights

Nothing in this policy excludes statutory refund, cancellation or consumer rights where applicable. Read this policy together with our Terms & Conditions and the terms presented for the relevant transaction.
